Florida Blue Key

I know I've asked this question in another thread but I'd like more focus directed to it. What exactly does it take to be accepted into Blue Key? How difficult is it?

the world may never know. i feel like it's relies a lot on the greek system and SG, but if anyone has some insiders, that would be cool to know

It is purely political. Honestly, the best way to find a way in is to know someone already on the inside. A good friend of mine that was a senator, chief financial officer, budget committee, president of a minority org has been asked to be tapped by a friend of the same minority within Blue Key for years, in order to increase the number of their particular minority, and its say within the organization. I, for instance, would not have too much of a problem finding my way in through my friend, as long as I decided to do something within SG to put on the application. However, once you get to know the organization a little better, you might come to the same conclusion that I did and realize that it isn't for you, no matter the possible legs up it might provide you. I can't speak for how hard it is to get in as an American though, but the same rules apply
