A question for a friend.

My friend was trying to contact his mom all day today (she is in a business trip), and he had to pay his application for UF, yet she did not answer his call until after 12 PM (just right now), he literally is crying in his bath tub as I write. Will they count his application for the early deadline? Someone help I think he is considering suicide.

Well your friend still have 24 hours to submit it. Since you have an extra hour tomorrow (daylight savings). The deadline is November 1st 11:59 EST.

ohhh ok, my friend will be so glad to hear this, good thing I turned mines a long time ago, saved myself all this trouble.
