Applying for Housing

I applied to UF and they sent me an email saying I could apply for housing.

Could someone give me a quick rundown of the residence halls and which ones are usually perceived to be the best?

Also, should I spend $25 to apply for housing, before I'm accepted? Because, I'm an OOS student so I'm not sure if I'll get in. (3.91UW, 33ACT, Top5%CR)

You don't choose a residence hall at this time. Just pay your $25 to hold a spot in line for housing. If you don't do it and you are accepted later and want to live on campus...you may not get any of your choices for residence hall or even on campus housing at all. So pay the $25 if there is a chance that you want to live on campus, should you be accepted.
