Where to send Recommendation letters?

As the title says. I was wondering where do you send in your recommendation letters? I'm applying for Fall 2011 as a CC transfer to the college of engineering and I didn't see an option on the application for letters. How exactly do you go about submitting them?

Also I was told you had to apply a year in advance to transferring. Can someone confirm any truth to this please? Thank you :)

From what I know and experienced they do not take any.

As for the application time, I do not know.

UF wants nothing on paper. Their admission process is solely electronic; I tried sending in recommendation letters in last fall and they said no.

Wow that sucks. I have built amazing relationships with my professors and even the dean, all of who are willing to write letters for me. Sigh... Thanks guys
