| A Quick Question about UGA's pre-requisites...
I'm living in Canada and was accepted to UGA last week. It says they require 4 Math units to be accepted. Last semester I took data management (or I think it's called "statistics" in the states). This is a Math course and because I've also taken Grade 9, 10, 11 mathematics, I think I am considered to have the necessary amount. This semester I'm taking Calculus and for some reason I've been having some trouble with it. I'm thinking because I already have the necessary math credits, it would be in my best interest to just drop Calculus rather than risk getting a C. I've never gotten a C in school ever and I'm scared UGA may rescind it's decision if I get one. I would rather enjoy my final semester of high school than worry about Calculus anyway. Do you guys think I should drop Calculus or grin and bear it? Do I have enough credits by UGA's requirements or does Grade 9 math not count?
p.s. I am majoring in Arts & Sciences (undeclared)
If anyone has that major I'd appreciate some information about that too.
Thanks a lot guys.
