guaranteed admission?

okay so you know how you get guaranteed admission if you have a certain hs rank/sat score? well what happens if you do horrible senior year? like my grades went down drastically. can they revoke your admissions or is it still guaranteed admission?

Calculating your Admission Index Score - Requirements and Deadlines - Undergraduate Admissions - The University of Iowa

Iowa residents: must rank in the upper 50 percent of their high school class or present an Admission Index score of 95 or above.

Residents of other states: must rank in the upper 30 percent of their high school class or present an Admission Index score of 100 or above.

Your senior year grades aren't factored into the admission index score. If you decide to attend, you have to send them a mid-year report and they could revoke your admission.
