Am I the only one that still hasn't recieved any financial aid package from UMCP....im tryna compare college prices but they still have sent squat and its almost decision day...***....I applied to the school in Novemeber and I sent FAFSA in Feb...whats going on?

Have you checked your email? My d never received any snail mail but did get an email with info so she could check online. (She's chosen Pitt so she never followed through.)

FYI, Most any of your account, scheduling, fin aid info is on Testudo. (MD_Mom's link takes you to the specific fin aid page on Testudo). If you do become a Terp, there's a lot of info that they post there---they rarely use snail mail, and emails may just tell you to go to Testudo to look something up.

thanks but still didnt find it...never got an email....tried to call admissions office but they said 20 minute wait time so i was like forget this....i chose pitt over UMD anyway so it really doesnt even matter anymore

i had the same problem and I called them and they were like, "we didn't receive your tax forms" I personally don't have to file any since I've never had a paying job (I just sent in my parent's forms), and I explained that to them and they said that I was supposed to have written a letter to them confirming this. So that was pretty much why they delayed reviewing my fin aid even though I sent all the documents to them a long time. I was annoyed because there was nowhere on the site that said you needed a letter and I wonder if maybe the lateness was why I didn't get as much aid as I'd expected.
