Illegal downloading and internet policies

Say, if I download pirate softwares/movies using the wireless network of UMCP, will I get caught?
I'm just speculating...

I don't know about software and movies, but there have been numerous Maryland students who have been caught downloading music on the network who have been threatened with lawsuits by the RIAA and have had to make settlements of up to $4000. One of my coworkers last year had to pay $3000 to settle.

Yes, you can get caught. I know that Limewire is banned here as well.
