What are my chances?

So Im an African American
Attend Public Highschool in VA
Last time I checked...
G.P.A weighted 3.57
unweighted 3.125
Rank 24/307

Im in IB.
So far got a 6 on my IB Psych Exam.
I want to major in psych and minor in criminal justice

EC.
Church choir member
German Club
YCOPE(coalition for youth and police)
Uth ACT (Youth Acheiving Change Together)
NYAB (Neighborhood Youth Advisory Board)

Going to a 10 Day Forensic Science Leadership Program
at Catholic University

@bamaboy: Sorry to say, but your chances are very slim, entirely because of your SAT score. You'll only be able to make it if you choose a major that does not require the SAT to get in.

I got a 1650 in my SAT, but got in. My major is Computer Science, and they do not require the SAT score for that. Got a decent score in my TOEFL and had a GPA of 3.71. Took the GCE O/A Levels with 6A's in O Level and straight A's in A Levels...

Take the SAT over again in Sept and re-take the ACT. You need to get up to the 1900-2000 marker to have a chance. The other problem is you would be an OOS, which means you are competing against everyone in the nation for the 30% they admit.
