Offered the Chancellor's Award Scholarship

So with my acceptance package, I got a letter stating that I am offered a $5,000 Chancellor's Award Scholarship....

It says that I have to go to the website (which I did) for more information (terms and conditions, how to renew it...etc).

Does this mean that I have the scholarship or what?

Also, how do I "accept" the scholarship?

This is so confusing!!

Yeah I went on the Spire or whatever it was called and looked at my financial things and it was confusing!

So basically it said that it would cost about 31k a year for me....but my EFC was 5k. So they subtracted 5 from 31 and got 26k....which I'm suppose to figure out how to pay I guess...***?

And on the thing where it says Scholarship Awarded or whatever, it says "0" ....so...

maybe once it subtracted it from the 31k it already registered as "awarded" so thats why it says 0? haha idk let me know if you figure out anything though! cuz i might run into the same problem soon
