Rolling Admissions

Hi, I've just started my common application and I have noticed that it says university of Michigan has rolling admissions, however, I've heard that this was discontinued in 2010? If Michigan is still using rolling admissions how exactly does this work and when can I expect to hear a reply?

Thanks! I saw from your chances thread that you live in Michigan. I live in Michigan too! Is U of M your first choice?

so if it's rolling for Regular Decision, does that mean if you are deferred early action you are immediately rereviewed come RD time (thus being '1st' in line)
