I'm class 2005 and got mine last year around Thanksgiving and applied early October. Maybe this helps.

I did a quick search for your stats, I wouldn't expect much with a 30 ACT unless you are a URM.

hmmm im really discouraged...i hvae a 3.9+ michigan GPA, 2250 SAT w/ good 800s in both sat II maths...no engineering scholie?...

I got mine a month ago, LSA.
I hear that Michigan gives relatively few scholarships.
