Moderate Chance, maybe a 50-50 or slightly less. Test Score is better than average, but your GPA is fairly weak. If you have been taking very difficult classes your chances will improve.

Unless there is something unusual about your high school a 3.5 weighted GPA is a reach for Michigan. The test scores will not cause the admissions to overlook the GPA.
