@Matisyahu: Thank you very much for your wishes! Well I would have to keep a psych preparation for being rejected, since last semester when I was rejected by my favorite women colleges which I missed during high school, I naively collapsed and turned off UNC.
So I called the college of engineering last friday, and they gave me the same answer, only this time a bit specific on the time frame. They say they are currently processing, and hopefully will give out most decisions before December, the earliest will be in November..
the efficiency of an Engineering college.. Seriously..?
@cn9a51 Political Science. My counselor emailed me and said I won't receive decision for another few weeks but I was accepted around 10 hours later. So just stay patient and I'm sure you will get in.
@cn9a51 - Ah, that sucks. You'd think the college of engineering would have their stuff together to make decisions efficiently. Hopefully you'll hear good news sooner rather than later.
@Dreamingowl - Don't worry! I'm sure you'll get in. I know that Michigan has people who monitor the "grade deflation" that goes on in colleges throughout the nation. They'll take that into account. We'll all be congratulating you soon. Best thing to do right now is to focus on this semester's work. I know it's tough (I've been obsessively checking my email and WA every time I'm on my computer lol), but we'll get decisions eventually. cn9a51 is right - stay POSITIVE!
Is anyone else here planning on going into history? And does anyone else have Katy Thostenson as their admissions counselor?
Going to LS&A from MSU as a Computer Science/Math major. Good luck everyone else in this thread. I know I didn't earlier but should I post the GPA/credits I had?
@redsdave03: Thanks so much for your encouragement! Recently I do not check WA much often now but just wait. I am struggling for my International Politics notes now. I hope you also a positive and brighter result soon!
@Dreamingowl can you restate the question please?
@megagamerexe hey did you have to hand in new financial aid forms after getting accepted? Did you receive financial aid etc? And housing forms?
