Industrial Engineering + Economics

Seeing as these two fields are so closely related, i was wondering if you could double major in both industrial engineering and economics and finish it in 4 years without overloading on classes.

I know that it is possible and easy (scheduling wise) at Northwestern but am not sure about UMich.

Also, how is recruitment for consulting/ibanking if you dont enter Ross (which i dont plan to).
