Does anyone know if scholarships are awarded on WA? Or only financial aid is?

Yosup, scholarships are only awarded by letter and are subsequent (sometimes considerably subsequent) to admission. You cannot find out from WA. Watch the mail : )
Possibly COE is different (don't know), but the general offers at LSA last year were mailed a week or so later. School of Music did notify by email followed by letter in spring. There is also something called the Shipman scholarship (most generous) that applicants can be invited to participate in. Some of those contenders are awarded full ride, others are offered a portion. I believe if I recall you had very strong stats and am betting you were a high admit. High, early admits are well-positioned for earliest offers. I also want to note that *some* merit awards can be *need* informed, meaning if you're in a position where you need a lot of financial aid in order to attend based on your family's financial info, it might behoove you to submit an estimated CSS now. Just a guess on the latter -- don't believe it will hurt you if you don't.
Good luck!

^ Congrats, now we have 3 acceptances!
Thanks for the advice kmc. I didn't think my stats were anything special at all, but I guess I was a high admit since I heard back so soon after getting everything in only on October 1st. I'll definitely submit an estimated PROFILE and hopefully start getting some aid since financial aid is important to me.
Also, thanks so much to everyone who helped me out earlier during the application process!!
PS. I think everyone should post AP/IB/Honors classes they took, and the date U of M received all of their materials. It'll probably help out a lot of people waiting for their decisions.

^ Yes, I was extremely worried because I had 0 EC's (lol) (unless you count a couple programming contests) and my essays were terrible. Also, my GPA was below average for COE, and my ACT was just at the average.
