I hate collegeboard!!!! Am I screwed?

I sent all my materials 1-2 weeks before the deadline, but the f*** collegeboard took over 2 weeks to send my scores so now I don't qualify for ER! I wasn't a very strong candidate to start with (2050sat, 3.7, oos), so should I hope for anything now? and when should I expect to receive decision?

First of all, it's completely your fault. You should not have waited this close to the deadline to send your things in. You should have sent in your scores in the summer. 2 weeks is about average for the amount of time it take collegeboard to send in the scores and for the university to receive them and process them.
Your chances just went from a slight reach to a reach, but you should not lose all hope. You can still get admitted.

um. i'm confused. yea, i submitted my act scores from the act website about 2 weeks before the nov 1st deadline. but i was under the impression that as long as the act scores are sent in BEFORE the deadline, as in, you request them to be sent from the official test taking website before nov 1st, that you're ok. my counselor thinks the same.
...?

They have to leave the college board before Nov 1st, they don't necessarily have to be processed by the university by Nov 1st to be considered early.
