Just wanted to clarify something on another thread in the M/T forum - Is it true that freshmen at UMich are taught their voice lessons by grad students?

To clarify further: Freshman MT's are split into two studios taught by experienced grad students. Sophomore year they are taught by faculty. I believe this policy is changing for freshman, but not sure of how soon, that all incoming freshman will be taught voice by faculty.

It was supposed to happen with this fall's incoming freshman but now that is not the case.
