Musical Theater
I read that MPulse has extended their deadline for recorded auditions. Does anyone know the new deadline for submitting for their Musical Theater camp?

Where did you hear that? I looked on their website...it still said Feb 2nd firm.

You may want to call as the website

UM School of Music, Theatre & Dance - Youth Programs - MPulse News and Updates

states (as of Feb. 9):

Applications with recorded auditions for the Musical Theatre Workshop and Theatre & Drama Academy are still being accepted.

That's interesting... what does this mean?!! :S Are the already sent in recorded auditions.. not good enough? EEEEK.

bwayjunkie, it definitely does not mean that the applications already received are not good enough!

It can only mean one of two things...

1) They are accepting more applications as they don't have enough yet.

2) They haven't changed the website to reflect that the applications are now closed.

The only way to know if they are still accepting would be to call since the official deadline is past.

There is a Facebook group for 2009 MT kids going strong already. My D is enjoying "meeting" the kids that will be there this summer!
