has anyone from the unified auditions in chicago heard anything? I know people have heard acceptances, but is that the only response they have given out? I auditioned on the 2nd and my Wolverine Access hasn't changed, I can't tell if that is good or if they just haven't rejected anyone yet.

Are the only people who get in the people who are asked to do more than 1 song?

I was asked to sing both of mine, but I think it is possible to get in with just singing one.

On Wolverine Access, it says I will be receiving written notification within the next 2 weeks...
:/
I auditioned January 30th by the way.

My son is a former Mpulse students and auditioned the 30th and hasn't heard but 2 former MPulse students were rejected, one boy and one girl. They both auditioned on the 23rd of Jan. A boy and girl from that same audition got deferred and they also went to MPulse. The rejections found out exactly 2 weeks later and the deferrals found out 3 weeks later. One of the four girls accepted went to MPulse and auditioned with my son on the 30th of Jan, and she heard last week, which would have been just a bit over 2 weeks for her to be notified.

I checked Wolverine Access today and it says that review of my application is complete and that I will receive written confirmation of my admissions decision in about 2 weeks. What does this mean?!?!

normally, if you were accepted it says Accept from what I have been told.
i get the same 2 week thing and it means you were not accepted
i heard if you were deferred it says nothing and you just receive a letter, email, or phone call, but don't quote me on this.

sorry my comment posted twice, my computer went crazy for a minute.
yeah, normally if you receive the "two weeks notice" it means you were rejected. every person i have talked to got that and was rejected. |

well I'm not listening to anything I hear from anyone until I get an official letter. it's usually misinformation.

it's not misinformation. it happened to me firsthand and many friends that i knew from the auditions back when i auditioned and in recent auditions. hope your situation is different but it's doubtful, since people that were accepted and deferred had it happen this year in the way i wrote about. best of luck

Where on Wolverine Access do y'all see the accept or 2 weeks stuff? I'm on right now and I can't find either anywhere.

Boy, I wish I could give some good advice here, this is all very fresh in my mind from when my son auditioned for colleges last year. Just try and remember to breath through the stress, ok?
From what I recall of my son's experience last year, those who were accepted outright were emailed the decision directly (which was a surprise), there was no notification posted on WA that "the decision would be mailed in 2 weeks." I am NOT saying this is how they will do it this year, it's just his experience from last.
If you don't see any message on your WA, it likely means that a decision one way or another (acceptance, deferral, not accepted) has not yet been made.
