Applying Early Action without Math SAT II?

I really want to apply Early Action to UNC but I won't be taking the Math SAT II subject test till December and they won't get the scores in time. If they don't get just that one SAT II (which they claim is purely for placement, by the way) will i be doomed to be a deferall? Or will they see that I plan on taking it in December and still maybe accept me early anyways?

Basically what I'm asking is: Is there still a chance I could get into UNC early action without the Math IIc? (if i indicate that I will be taking it, just not in time.)

I have to decide if i'm applying early action by like today, so quick responses are appreciated. Thanks!
