Does unc ever approve programs which are not in the list? I want to study abroad in eastern Europe and it doesn't have many locations there

i have spoken in the past with UNC study abroad and they are very amenable to working with you on setting up a program abroad even if it is not on their list. That doesn't mean its a done deal, but they are willing to help you find something that works.
