1. What should an OOS person shoot for on the ACT to have a good chance at UNC? According to collegeboard, UNCs 25%-75% = 25-31, which is pretty easy since average is then 28. But apparently UNC is impossible for OOS (even harder than Duke according to most), so what should I shoot for to get in?

2. How many SAT 2s are required for UNC?

1. i would say at least a 31

2. carolina does not require any SAT IIs. the math II test is only required if you get accepted, which is used to determine your math placement. but if you wanna add strengths to your application, you might wanna take a couple
