I think Bed Bath and Beyond has a checklist on line. At least that's what I've been told!

haha yes they do, i just printed it off. nice and detailed. but some materials on there are really miscellaneous and you can tell its geared at spending solely at Bed, bath, and beyond. but that was to be expected

the beyond section is nice tho.

danny, if you go to the UNC 2012 facebook group there is a roommates thread where people are still searching for roommates. I had more luck there than the UNC housing roommates site.

I think there is one for roommates. I haven't seen it but my son has told me about it.

Tell Mom to not worry so much. There is a walmart and a target with in a few miles...the basics bedding, linens, desk lamp, alarm clock and clothes are all you really need...the rest is nice. you may can pick up some things at teh end of THIS semester from people moving off campus like futons, dorm fridges, microwaves for next to nothing. IN FACT, my D has a futon & frame on the market!

Just about anything you forget is also available at the bookstore!
