I got into CH and a few of my friends got into Clemson...it really depends on what you're interests are. Clemson has a decent football team while carolina is always good at basketball. Make a list of what you are looking for and see which college can offer the most for you.

Academics: carolina better reputation and ranking but Clemson does have engineering ifyou want that.
Do you like football? They are insane about football campus next to lake and people drive their boats to games. Basketball really looked good this year and gave us a run for our money twice.

Intended major?
what size of school do you want?
I know happy kids at both schools but very different types.
More academic types at UNC, but the work hard and play hard.
The clemson types I know tend to fall in to the latter category.

The only reason I would go to Clemson over Carolina is if I am going to do engineering. I believe BMW has a plant in South Carolina and works with Clemson engineers. That is the only way I'd go to Clemson.
