Final Grades

So I'm in kind of a dilemma right now. My grades haven't been the best starting second semester. I've dropped from a A in Spanish IV to a B, A in AP Biology to a B, and possibly B in AP Calculus BC to a C. That means I'm headed towards a 3.0 GPA for my final transcript. My question is, am I in any danger of UNC turning me away. I've heard of this happening before but I don't know to what degree the final GPA matter. Any input would be appreciated.

In my personal opinion, that's not enough of a GPA drop for them to rescind admission. Dropping from an A to a B, or a B to a C is extremely possible, even if you were working as hard as possible. What they don't want to see is a slide from an A to a D.

You should be fine.
