Student Advantage Card

So I just got an application for the Student Advantage Card in the mail today; apparently its a card that gives you massive discounts on a lot of things at participating retail locations. Does anyone going to UNC have this, or know how useful this is at UNC? As in, are there a lot of places around chapel hill that will accept it?

Here's the site: Student Advantage Discount Card - Save money during college

thanks

i've never seen anyone with that card before..it's not really necessary, and a lot of those places aren't really located near chapel hill.

if you join the general alumni association (GAA), your membership card will get you some discounts at a few places on franklin.
