Urgent financial aid question

For UNC early action, if I submit CSS Profile now (the deadline is spring next year) can I get my financial aid offer along with the admission decision in December (or about the same time)? If not I will wait and see the decision before submitting.

I don't think you will get your aid information along with your decision. I did not last. I didnt get mine until shortly before the time to submit decision.
