-I attended Project Uplift, a program at UNC for minorities
-I am a Boys' State delegate
-I attended the Commissioner's School of Excellence
-I have worked 20-30 hours per week at my job

I think you have excellent chances.them, Make your chances even better by applying early, writing good essays, and getting a good teacher rec. It would be really hard for them to turn you down with that GPA and tough course load on top of job
