Hispanic OOS chances?

Can anyone chance me? I would really appreciate it.
Thanks! I know it's bit too detailed.

Stats:
- Female
- Hispanic
- First-Generation
- GPA: 3.69 (miscalculation...should be 3.7)
- RANK: top 3% - 2/56
- (here's where it gets bad) TESTS: ACT - 23
- SAT = 1070

(AWAITING MY OCTOBER TESTING FOR THE ACT....After studying, I'm hoping for a 32 English and Reading and a 25 Math and 23 Science)

umm. I'm not very good at this type of thing lol!, but it looks like you have a okay chance. I think your only downfall might be you SAT score. Who knows they may look over that and the other things that you have done might compensate for the low test scores.

Oh, my weighted GPA is a 5.0, by the way.

Crapload of ECs, but your SAT is really low. I'm assuming it's out of 1600? bring that up to around 1300+ for OOS URM and you've got a shot.
