Cross Country Skiing at ND

I am part of my school's cross country ski team, and, if possible, I would like to continue to ski for fun in college. I know ND doesn't have a varsity team, but they do have a ski club. Does anyone no if the ski club is alpine or CC skiing?
There is huge difference between the two, and i can't figure out which one it is on the ND's website.

"Does anyone no if the ski club is alpine [hill needed] or CC skiing?"

"Well, I haven't seen a hill since I've been here."

"I dont think you need a hill for X country skiing."

Therefore....

The Ski Club (of which I am a part) is alpine downhill skiing. While there are only small hills and valleys in the immediate area, the ski team travels several hours to better slopes. In fact, one of the most fun trips is a ski trip in January to Aspen Colorado.

hey red, thanks for letting me know about the ski club. I've been trying to figure that one out for a while. I guess the ND ski club isn't for me, even though downhill skiing is still really fun.

Actually, RecSports rented out cross-country skiis out of the back of Rockne last winter. I don't think the service was used that much (I only know a couple of people who used it) but if they keep the service open, you could probably do it during the winter. I believe they allowed skiiers to use the Notre Dame Golf Course.
