What Are my Chances For ND?

I'm a rising senior from PA and was wondering what my chances would be at getting into Notre Dame as I will be applying this fall. Also I was wondering if I should apply EA or RD.

Here is a brief rundown of my stats/info:
-White male
-GPA- UW: around a 3.9 (not sure of conversion from weighted but WGPA:4.82 - lowest grade has been a 92 in the first three yrs for me)
-SAT-2120 comp 700 critical reading, 710 math, 710 writing
-SAT II- 780 Math II, 770 USH
-rank- 6/383 (top 2%)
-ACT-31 comp: 32 M, 32 E, 32 R, 28 S
-AP's: right now only took USH and Eng Comp (only a few offered to underclassmen)
next yr- Eng Lit, Gov/Econ, Spanish, Calc BC, and Bio.

Notable ECs
Student Council (or student body) president this coming yr
DECA 3 yrs (officer this yr and next-probably president) (2 times competing at national competition)
FBLA officer this yr and next
Interact vp or president this coming yr
Baseball 4 yrs, varsity next yr
1 year basketball
Chester County Youth Leadership Program participant
Catholic Leadership Experience with my Church
NHS 11th and 12th grades
Spanish National Honors Society 10-12
Community service club 4 yrs
Between 50-100 hours of service

Im in other clubs and things at my school but am not as heavily involved in them.
Looking to major in accounting. Thanks.

I'd say you've got decent chances. I don't know, but your test scores aren't amazing. I think you'll still get in though.

do you think I should go EA or RD? I know some schools choose a higher percent of early applicants, does the same go for Notre Dame?

Your ACT needs to come up, I believe for the class of 12, the avg ACT was 33.

You do realize that ND in the fall has reps visit areas and have a recruitment seminar. They will send you a note saying it is being held here at x time and date. They show a video and then have a q & a session afterwards. I think ours was held the first wek of Sept, we got a card from them about the 1st week on Aug telling us about it. It was worth going to it, because you did get answers on things like jump start, the essay stay at their word count, if it is too long they will stop reading it, the fact that every student gets FA if needed.

The middle 50% for the ACT is a 31-34, so your 31 is on the low 25% side. What is your SAT breakdown because I'm looking at College Board right now and they are giving me middle 50% numbers for the CR and M sections of the SAT.

Yea my ACT is low for them, I was really just considering sending my SAT because I think that paired with the SAT IIs I took is stronger than my ACT. As for my breakdown, it was a 1410 for math and cr, 710 on math and 700 for cr. Also I will try to go to one of those visits in my area because it sounds informative. Thanks for the advice.
