Work:
Internship at Suzuki (do i have to include the hours i worked?)
Worked at my dad's office during the summer
Helped my cousins with SSAT during the summer

Do you think i have a chance?

Your CR score needs to improve, there's no way around it, even though you're an international and I presume not a native speaker of English.

Make sure you write a good essay.
