When applying early-action at ND, one should hear back around Dec. 15. Since ND only uses mail response, what can one expect to get in the mail if they are accepted/deferred/denied? Is it big envelope for accepted and small otherwise? Anyone know from experience?

All acceptances come in big envelopes and rejections come in small envelopes. You may receive financial aid information prior to December which may be (but not always) an indication of interest.
