Submit your ACT but not your SAT with your app. You should be in provided good teacher recs, etc. Good luck! Out of curiosity, what draws you to ND?

Well, my SAT is already sent... hopefully that wont kill me, but Notre Dame has always been a dream school amongst my family. I visited a while back unofficially, and I loved the campus. I used to live in Chicago and was raised a big fan of the school in general too. The atmosphere and dorm system really appeals to me too.

Well, get the ACT in - it's really strong. Being ranked a bit lower than the elites, ND is a bit stricter on SAT/ACT cut-offs. I think though that they will take your ACT though and ignore your SAT for stat reporting purposes. ND doesn't really like the USN&WR rankings game - and doesn't game them like some schools, but it still likes to be in the top 20 and so has score cut-offs in order to remain there. Despite all that, the quality of education is unsurpassed. Let your essays show your passion for ND. Best of luck to you!

Should I apply EA? I think I'm going to regardless, but do I fit their criteria for EA applicants?
