Notre Dame and SAT score choice

Does anyone know Notre Dame's policy on the use of score choice? I'm having trouble finding a definite answer.

At a recent admissions session, we were told to send all scores as ND considers only the highest. From the College Board web site (when you choose to send scores to ND):
Quote:
UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME has indicated that it considers your highest section scores across all SAT test dates that you submit. Only your highest section scores will be considered as part of the final admissions decision. Each time you submit scores, UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME will update your record with any new high scores.

UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME strongly encourages you to submit your scores each time you take the SAT. Sending your scores each time you take the SAT can benefit you by allowing UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME to consider you for all available enrollment-related opportunities.
College Board does allow you to choose and does not warn you that ND requires all scores (as it does for some colleges). So I would assume that you can send whatever you like. We sent both SAT scores and have had the Oct ACT score sent, as we believe that ND will only go by the highest of all.
