How good is the Honors College? Are there good benefits for Honors College students, and what are they? Thank you.

I've heard that the honors college is supposed to be nice. You get to be in a different dorm building. Join it if you can.

Does anyone know if the OU Honors College requires a 3.75 weighted GPA or a 3.75 unweighted GPA?

3.75 unweighted GPA probably or a 30 ACT or some SAT.

Regardless, the honors college is almost tantamount to top-notch universities throughout the US. Also, you don't HAVE to live with other people in the honors college. You can live in one of the towers on campus (freshmen usually will want to live in one of the towers, and they look very cool).

It requires act 29 or sat 1280(writing section not included) and(not or) either top 10% of high school senior class or school GPA of 3.75.

OU's regular university application only considers unweighted, but the honors college requirements do not specifically say, and their application asks for both, so, not sure.
