Meal Plans at Penn

What is the recommended meal plan for a freshman? I don't eat that much, I never eat breakfast, but I want to make sure I have enough meals/dining dollars for the semester.

liberty plan for sure.

you can also change plans once per year if you need to, and can always add more meals / dollars if you wish.

Wow, every single person recommends the liberty plan.
I have read nowhere a recommendation for the others.

Looking through the menus, I can see why dining hall food can get old.
