The CAS letter
Did everyone get that college letter from the dean? The one with info about majors, etc...the one that said "top of the top" and was only sent to some penn students?
Probably a nice gimmick by penn people to get u to go though,

same

I figured maybe they didn't send it to ED students so technically they didn't really send it to 'everyone,' but maybe they sent it to everyone RD.
