Seems like a pretty big reach and unlikely, but maybe someone else can chime in.

you will probably get deferred

maybe accepted there is a small chance

but when you get deferred you should spend every waking moment studying for the sat and retake them

Penn sure is a reach, but I still think OP has a chance. Her rank really covers for the average SATs.

She definitely has solid chances for other schools (especially BU).

My scores were similar to yours (except I had a lower SAT score). Penn seems like a reach, only because you SAT score is a little low. Hopefully they will get over themselves and let you in. If they don't, you should apply to Penn State University Park. I love it here. Its admission decision is made 2/3 on the GPA.

to be honest, a 650 math for a physics major, and not taking the sat 2 physics doesn't look so good. and a 4.0 gpa with a 1900 SAT looks like mark inflation at your school

Hey hopeful keep up the hope! You're obviously a very bright student who just has trouble taking standardized tests...

Well as everyone has said, Penn is prolly a reach, BUT

You ARE a female planning to major in physics (a male dominated field), maybe the Adcom will give that some consideration?

Either way did you retake the SAT for your RD schools (or even Penn if you get deferred)?

Never rule yourself out just because the odds are tough...

Good Luck!
