Chance Me

I was wondering what my chances are
I have a 3.1 gpa at a school that has sent 40% of its senior class of about 150 to the Ivy league every year.
Last year of 13 accepted to Penn the average gpa was 3.5 and average SAT score 1440 of 1600
We also sent 2 black males neither of them athletes, one to MIT and another to Dartmouth, with 2.9 gpas and sub 1400 SAT scores
I am a hispanic male, 2 were accepted to Penn last year with 32 ACT and 3.4 gpa
I am also first generation
I am not sure if I should apply to the engineering school or even wharton

SAT-
670-Reading
720-Writing
800-Math

SAT IIs
Math 1-710
Chem-770
Math II-800

Senior Year Course load(1st trimester grades-which are not factored into gpa)
AP Physics (B)
AP Stat (A-)
AP Calc AB (A-)
Economics(A)
English 12 (B+)
Advanced Ceramics (B+)

Junior Year Course Load
AP Spanish language(4 on the AP)
AP Chemistry(5 on the AP)
English 11
Religion
PreCalc AB

I have taken what is considered the hardest courseload possible at my school, we are not allowed to take more than 3 AP's/honors classes

extra curricular- varsity football, varsity wrestling, varsity lacrosse, captain wrestling-will be all league this year and might win states
club treasurer for a science club
also written for a few publications

Your senior year grades are decent. So, you must have gotten really poor grades earlier in HS to only manage a 3.1 GPA. If you have a good explanation for those bad grades, you should highlight it in your essays.
