Penn and Learning Disability/ADD

How accomodating and what services are available at Penn for someone with ADD and moderate dyslexia in the engineeering program? Would the workload be impossible? Is any assistive technology available, or note-taking services? How heavy is the reading load? Are any adjustments to course scheduling (lighter courseload) allowed, or time extensions on assignments and tests?
