ED Application in! Chance me, please?

Okay, so, I've actually asked for my chances on this site before and had pretty supportive responses, but that was last school year, and now that my Early Decision application is in, I can't help but ask again. I'd greatly appreciate the responses!

Ethnicity: Caucasian
Sex: Male
Location: FL
Rank: 4/621
GPA: 3.98
HPA: 5.16 (and rising)

My courses may or may not be the hardest possible, but in many ways, that's subjective at my school. In IB, you basically choose which classes you take at Higher or Standard Levels, and what's "hard" varies greatly between students.

That said, I've taken several APs:
Freshman: AP World History (5)
Sophomore: AP Calculus AB (5), AP Statistics (5), AP Macroeconomics (5), AP English Lit (4), AP Human Geography (4)
Junior: AP Calculus BC (5), AP English Language (5), AP Spanish (2), AP Physics B (5), AP U.S. History (5), AP Microeconomics (5)

Honors (MYP) courses: English I, Spanish II and III, Bio, Chem, Physics, all the math classes leading up to Calc. Basically everything besides some required classes was an honors or AP course though.

Senior courses:
IB Higher Levels: Mathematics, Economics, Physics
IB Standard Levels: English (HL class, SL exam), Spanish, Further Mathematics

Test Scores:
PSAT: 220
SAT: 1560/2270: 770 Reading, 790 Math, 710 Writing (76/7; I can't write essays quickly.)
ACT: 34 (essay = 8; should I have taken that?)
SAT Subject Tests: Math Level 2, 800; Physics, 800

Dual Enrollment:
Young Entrepreneurs for Leadership and Change - a six-week summer program at the University of Florida consisting of two dual enrollment classes about entrepreneurship, 84 hours of community service, etc.
One class at Florida Atlantic University.
4.0 GPA in all of these.

Extracurriculars
-Founder and President of Academic Games team at my school (9-12)
-National Academic Games competitor, winner of various awards at county/state/nationals (6-12)
-Volunteer teacher of Academic Games at my sister's middle school (9-12)
(Clearly, AG is my main thing. I may include its significance in my essays.)
-Volleyball (1 year JV, 2-3 years varsity; not sure if I'll play senior year if I'm already accepted)
-Member of Mu Alpha Theta (math honor society, 10-12)
-Member of NHS and several other honor societies (not very active though)

Volunteering
-Academic Games (above)
-150 CAS hours (an IB thing: Creativity, Action, and Service)
-75 other volunteer hours

Achievements/Awards
- National Merit Semi-Finalist
- National AP Scholar
- AP Scholar with Distinction
- Rutgers University Book Award for Scholarship, Leadership, and Service
- Alexander Hamilton Citizenship Award - Merit Winner
- selected for leadership programs: NYLSC and PYIC (trip to Obama Inauguration)
- numerous awards in Academic Games and some other competitions that I don't feel like listing right now but did for State and National competitions on my app
- selected by school for American Legion's Boys State (declined)
- selected by school for Sunshine State Scholars district competition (1 of top 2 math/sci students)

That's about all I can think of right now, but I have a tendency to forget about things that may look good to colleges that I don't care too much about. Also, I felt that my essays were strong, especially my optional essay (page 217), and I'm a tough critic of myself. At any rate, feedback greatly appreciated.

Chance

Hey, I am a freshman at Penn this year. Which school did you apply to? Wharton, College, Engineering, or Nursing? Or did you apply to a dual-degree?

Your stats look really good; you have near perfect scores, and your activities are balanced yet focused. I'd say you have as good a shot as anyone does at getting in, but it all depends on what school you applied to and how strong the other applicants are.
