Does Penn score choice for SAT??

So I read on some other posts that Penn is one of the few schools that doesn't allow score choice, but on their website I just read this:

"We do expect that many students will have a higher composite during one sitting, with an individual score on one of the three sections higher from another administration. Again, Penn will take the highest of any individual scores from any administration."

So does that mean that they do score choice?

I talked to an admissions officer at an event about this and he said that they want to see all scores, but they only consider the highest. In my context, my second ACT sitting was slightly lower than the first, and he said that they give applicants the benefit of the doubt and only consider the higher

^ That's correct. Penn requires that you submit ALL of your scores, but Penn will superscore when it evaluates your scores.

They generally look at the highest scores, and they want to see all your scores in order to discourage having too many re-takes. It you took the SATI or ACT more than 3 times each, Penn will count it against you.

Penn does NOT allow score choice. When you request CB to send Penn your scores they will send ALL of them. They do superscore.

I'd like to know if their 'only the best scores' policy refers to the top 2 (regardless of subject) or the best score, all around the board for every subject taken...

can anyone offer their info?
