Chance the Rising Junior for UPENN-CAS !!

Okay so college applications aren't coming up for another year or so, but it would be great if you guys could give me a little feedback on what I should improve and what I can focus on for this junior year (yikes!). upenn is really my dream school and I would love to go there for CAS, studying premed. =D Thanks !

Objective:
  • SAT I (breakdown): estimated 2300 according to many practice tests (taking in october)
  • SAT II: 800 Bio M, 800 Math II, and going to take Chem next spring
  • Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 4.0 UW, 4.25 W (will rise by next year)
  • Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): either 1 or 2 and top 5% (school doesn't release rank though, only percentile)
  • AP (place score in parenthesis): Bio (est 5), World (est 5)
  • Junior Year Course Load: AP Chem, APUSH, APES, AP Calc BC, Spanish Honors, English Regular (honors not offered)
  • Senior Year Course Load (most likely): AP Physics, AP Gov, AP Lit, AP Spanish, Honors Multi Calc
  • Awards: USABO semifinalist, a few other school awards

Subjective:
  • Extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis):
    - Science League Team (9-12, founder/president, 1st place team freshmen year)
    - USABO semifinalist
    - Merck Science Team (10-12, captain)
    - Euro/Fed challenge (10-12, semifinalist team)
    - FBLA (10-12, secretary)
    - Orchestra (7 years, Principal/section leader 10)
    - Tennis Team (JV 10, most likely varsity 11-12)
    - probably will be accepted into Cum Laude and a few honors societies
  • Volunteer/Community service: Volunteer at political campaigns (total 40 hrs), volunteer at children's activity center every saturday for 4-5 hours and have leadership in a few large projects (total 800+ hours at time of app)
  • Summer Activities: Summer@Brown, leadership conferences, research with doctor summer after sophomore year
  • Essays: Should be decent (going to write about volunteering at children's center and how has shaped me as a person)
  • Teacher Recommendation: One should be very solid (teacher for 2 years and Science League/USABO club supervisor that knows my talents), not positive about the others
  • Counselor Rec: Should be personal because school is structured in such a way that each counselor only has 10-15 kids

Other[list]
I'm a Male Asian from NJ -___- (also from a private school)

Please be harsh or realistic.. I can take it! =P
Thank you so much!

Everything else seems fine.
The admissions counselor told me (after I was admitted) that she likes essays that make the applicant seem like he/she is sitting right next to her telling her something interesting about themselves. Make your essay personable and interesting.
Other than that, ivies really are a luck.
