Penn meets all demonstrated financial need with no loans which is super duper awesome but i have heard that their EFC is often higher than the govts?
any experience with this?
what does Penn stress more than the govt that causes this change

The EFC is higher than what you see on FAFSA, but those are always ridiculously low anyways.

You're going to a private Ivy League school, and one of the best universities in the world. It's gonna cost some money. Go into debt if you need (not too much obviously).

I will admit, my experience with Penn Financial aid has been incredible, and I feel blessed. I consider myself middle-class where I'm from.
