| Chance for SEAS or CAS?
I go to a very competitive school so scores and EC's like mine are commonplace, out of a class of 400 kids on average my school sends 70 to Berkeley every year (I am in California). I plan on majoring in bioengineering from SEAS or biochemistry from CAS. Would applying early help me?

Currently interning at UCSF dermatology department (I've had a bunch of skin issues myself so it's something I'm really interested in). I get to work directly with mice which most high school research programs don't really involve. I probably won't be able to get published. I guess something unique is that I have a 4 hour round trip commute to UCSF so I am actually living in the city on my own for 2 months (probably mention this in my essay or smth).
