Would I have a shot at CAS ED?

White-Persian
Rising Senior
class rank: 1/roughly 350 (NOT a competitive public high school)

UW: Not sure but to give an idea I have only gotten 1 B my entire high school career, the rest A's. High 3.9 maybe?
W: 4.522

Basically all AP and Honors classes. 14 AP classes by the end of senior year
AP Scores: Horrendous, not reporting

Senior Year Course Load:
Team Sports (lol)
AP Calc AB
Mentorship (helping out with guidance and whatnot- total bs class)
AP Lit
AP Chem
AP Econ
Ap Gov
H French V ( Our school couldn't afford to have a separate AP french class- public funding :/)
Geographic: Atlanta

SAT: 1880 (didn't study, won't send)
ACT: 31, writing - 9 (second sitting, first try was a 27)

Student Government since 9th, current Executive Vice President
National Honor Society since 11th, HOPEFULLY will be Executive Vice President
4 year varsity letter soccer( we were region champions two years in a row so we are pretty good)
Competitive club soccer since 7th grade
Referee for local soccer games since 9th
Ping Pong founder 10th, current President
Recycling club founder 11th, current President
Model UN since freshmen year
Beta since 11th
French National Honor Society since 9th
Academic Decathlon Team Freshmen year (only 5 freshmen chosen out of entire class)
Attended a 1 week summer program with the Atlanta Community Foodbank helping to feed the poor

No noteworthy awards, not much of a winner tbh
However: Varsity Soccer Academic Award (highest GPA)
AP Scholar (Took so many ap exams i was bound to pass at least 3 of them haha)

Recs:
Counselor Rec: Will be phenomenal
Teacher Recs: Probably good, not great
Essays: Probably good, but not great

Also I don't know if this helps, but my brother is a current sophomore in the College

Just a little FYI, you have to send all your scores to Penn. You might want to retake your ACT, as it falls on the lower side. Your brother being a current sophomore does actually help: The Daily Pennsylvanian :: Siblings get a boost in Penn admissions

well lets say I don't raise that ACT score, would I still have a realistic chance of being admitted ED? If not, what ACT score would be ideal?

^ideal would be 33...31 is not too far off. It wont be the end of the world but it certainly wont be in your favor.

Yea, general consensus round here is that 33 is the lower cutoff for having an optimal score. Of course people are admitted with 32s and 31s (and lower), but a higher score is always better.
