If i have a good GPA but my SAT scores are below 2000 should i just not consider Ivy leagues ?

try the ACT, I had a 2000 SAT but got a 33 ACT which is about a 2200 SAT conversion.

if the rest of your application is great, dont not apply. my sister had a great app other than her scores and got deferred then rejected but her GPA was also low end of the scale.
