ED Chances @ Penn SEAS

Hey everyone, I'm a senior applying to Penn early decision and basically scared out of my mind. Any opinions on my chances?

Decently competitive public school , usually 3 or 4 get into Penn every year
Rank: 2/315
ACT: 33 Composite (34 Math, 34 English, 32 Reading, 32 Science, 10 Essay)
GPA: 4.138 unweighted, 4.417 weighted
AP Classes: AP Human Geography (5), AP BC Calc (5), AP Euro (4), APUSH (4), AP Lang (5)
Senior Year Courses:
AP Gov, AP Macroeconomics, AP Physics 2, AP Stat, AP Comp Sci, AP Lit
ECE: Ok I suppose? I am not really sure to be honest.
Precollege at CMU where I took 2 summer courses (A in Comp Sci and B in Physics)
Lieutenant Governor of club (I am personally in charge of around 8 clubs at 8 different schools and am also part of the state board and serve as Secretary of one of the committees. Wrote my common app essay about this club)
Distinguished Treasurer of club (10th grade)
Varsity Tennis, Track and Field, Squash(only 9th and 10th)
Volunteer at a hospital every weekend (4 hr/week)
FBLA: placed 8th and 11th at States, placed 3rd and 1st at Regionals
Girl Scout
Orchestra and Choir
Captain of Relay for Life team
Other Clubs: Model UN, NHS, WISE Club (Women in Science and Engineering), TOMS Shoes, Academic Challenge

So yea, thoughts? Also, will it help that I'm a girl since it is an engineering school?

Similar to most Penn applicants your "academic box" is checked off. To distinguish your self from every other 4.0/34/2300, try to do something different or showcase a unique talent. Be a founder or innovator of something, potentially go beyond your normal club duties and make a big difference. Good luck!
